Fermentation Kit for Wide Mouth Jars

The Mason Jar Fermentation Kit is made of high-quality stainless steel that will not rust or bend like tin-plated materials. The 3-piece airlock is constructed with BPA-free plastic.

To use the airlock, simply add water, which allows the gases produced during fermentation to escape while preventing oxygen from entering the jar and contaminating the fermentation process. A silicone seal under the lid keeps the contents sealed, and grommets and seals help keep new air out.
