The matcha tea ceremony represents a kind of artistic life, which concentrates on the art forms of tea ceremony, calligraphy and painting, flower Taoist, incense Taoist and zen. Matcha is a green tea powder, also known as "mocha", which originated in the tang dynasty. First wipe the bowl clean. Use a bamboo scoop to take two or three scoops of matcha from matcha power caddy and sift it into the bowl. Then pour the boiling water into the matcha bowl, mix the matcha powder and water with the whisk, and stir to create a fine and dense foam to taste the authentic matcha tea. After enjoying the matcha tea, fill the matcha bowl with hot water, to clean whisk, and finally put it on the whisk holder to dry.
